Stephanie is an experienced and intuitive Personal Trainer based in Surrey. Having achieved a degree in Applied Psychology and Sociology from The University of Surrey, Stephanie went on to qualify as a Personal Trainer with the renowned Premier Training International, consequently combining her knowledge of Psychology with her love of fitness and exercise.

As a result of this unique skillset, Stephanie is able to offer a highly bespoke Personal Training service, which as well as offering exercise programmes and sessions also takes into account nutritional and psychological requirements to promote a healthy lifestyle and positive mind-set.

Exercise has always played an important role in Stephanie’s personal life and she constantly strives to push her own limits. Stephanie enjoys embracing new challenges and as a keen competitor in triathlons and cross-country races across the UK, relishes the intense and varied training that these events require.

It is this passion for a healthy, active lifestyle coupled with her enthusiasm and keen eye for individual health and fitness needs that prove testimony to her abundance of natural flare.
