I’ve just had a few weekday slots become available for people looking for personal training in Weybridge. This is for anyone who is looking to get fit, lose weight, tone up or generally maintain fitness levels. I use a mixture of resistance exercise, circuit training, high intensity workouts and stability and core work to ensure that the personal training sessions are always effective, fun and challenging. Every client is given a tailored exercise programme that will focus on your specific goals and will provide you with programmes to do in between personal training sessions to keep you on track.
I’m happy to exercise wherever you feel most comfortable whether it be in your home, the garden or in a park close by. We’ll use a variety of different exercise equipment including dumbbells, BOSU, swiss ball, ViPR, gliders and agility ladders.
