Stephanie will travel to wherever you feel most comfortable training, whether it be your own home or an outdoors area and bring with her all the equipment needed.   • Initial Consultation is free of charge
  • One to one personal training (1 hour): £55
  • Group Personal Training (1 hour): £45 per person
